Domestic Newborn/Infant Adoptions

Newborn & Infant Adoptions

Often in partnership with Heartland Adoption Agency, Berry & Domer is honored to help individuals and families welcome newborns and infants into their lives through adoption. We handle all legal aspects of the adoption process and are committed to making each step as smooth, secure, and stress-free as possible.

Already matched with a birth mother?
If you’ve identified a birth mother and are ready to move forward, we can represent you. Indiana law requires an attorney to file all adoptions within the state. Our firm will prepare the petition, secure necessary consents, and handle every legal detail to finalize your adoption.

📞 Call or text us at (812) 336-8300 or (812) 322-6221 to schedule a consultation.

Just starting the journey?
If you’re hoping to adopt but haven’t yet matched with a birth mother, we encourage you to reach out to our agency partner. Heartland Adoption Agency manages our wait list and can walk you through next steps, timelines, and expected costs.

We’re proud to have helped complete infant adoptions for a wide range of families—single parents, LGBTQ+ couples, non-married partners, Mennonite and Amish families, and families from across Indiana and the United States. No two stories are alike, but every adoption deserves the same care and commitment.
