I’m Michelle Berry Domer—an adoption attorney serving families throughout Indiana with empathy, professionalism, and more than 30 years of legal experience. For the past decade, I’ve focused exclusively on adoption law because helping families grow is what I care about most.

Whether you’re a stepparent, grandparent, foster parent, individual, or couple (married or unmarried), I’ll personally guide you through the legal process to help you adopt a child already in your care—or welcome a newborn into your home.

Heartland Adoption Agency

In addition to practicing law, I’m also the owner of Heartland Adoption Agency, a licensed child placing agency that helps match newborns with loving families. We provide adoption home studies, placement services, and background checks for adoptions and guardianships.

This dual role gives me a unique perspective—and allows me to support clients through every step of the adoption journey, both legal and emotional.
